I’ve been steadily quiltinig since 1994 when I helped the local baseball team’s booster club make its first quilt for raffle. This was a new craft for me and I loved it.

In 2000, I started to make serious plans for my retirement. And, of course, on the top of my list was to start a mini-business of quilt making ….. hence, Quilting by the Square. Since then, I have designed and made quilts that fit the needs of friends, family, and my Alabama community that become family heirlooms. I only use the best quality, 100 percent cottons which are made into lovely bed quilts, lap quilts, wall hangings, tablecloths, table runners, or placemats.

Whether you need a ready-made quilt or one from specially selected fabrics of your choice, I have what you need at prices you can afford. At Quilting by the Square, my goal is to provide you with courteous, expedient, professional service of the highest caliber.
